Day 2

Reflection:
Today was a good day. I'm surprised I went over my calories intake. But I still feel like I was healthy the whole time. The workout rocked me! Go figure, I hate chest and back.
 Still would love to be able to do a pull up. I may have pulled a muscle. I was already sore today from plyo and now I'm sure ill be sore again tomorrow. My old ack pains from high school are already coming back. It makes me feel old. But I know I looked good then so I can push through it and look good again. I need some motivation to keep going. Fortunately, my husband is a great cheerleader. But then I look down at my flabby love handles and the feelings come back. I'm better than this! I can be healthier. And I want it to be a natural feeling again. So there. It's settled. I will work out tomorrow!
